Booking

• A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Unless for a promotion this fee may be reduced/increased. Remainder will be due the day of your treatment.

• This deposit is transferable to reschedule your appointment so long as I am given a minimum of 48 hours notice.

• All promotion treatments must be booked within 14 days. 

• It is NOT transferable to another person.  If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited.

Payment/Price 

• Cash & EMT are preferred and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex).  

(3% fee is applied to credit card use) 

• Prices are subject to change at any time. 

• No refunds. 

• Gift certificates available.

Re-Scheduling  

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule their appointment. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Re-scheduling must be within 48 hours, if failed to do so this will result in forfeit of your 25% deposit.

• In order to change the date/time of your appointment please follow the link and instructions that can be found in your confirmation e-mail.

Late/No Show 

• If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact your esthetician soon as possible. 

• Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.

Cancellations 

• We request 48 hours notice for cancellations however the deposit is non-refundable.

Guarantee 

• NO GUARANTEE on any results. 

• Individual results will vary from client to client. 

• Aftercare of your service and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results. 

• Some services may require additional treatments or a series to achieve desired results.
